The majority of our long-term care investments are in “need” based care organization such as assisted living, memory care,  skilled nursing and sub acute investments.  Our development activities also include senior living communities that extend through the long term care continuum. We have realized multiple successes over the years and have solidified relationships with some of the nation’s most capable operators. We continue to focus our attention on this segment and believe that the market is poised for long-term success.

Our relationships with providers and operators extend multiple decades and were the catalyst for Windsor Healthcare’s initial equity investments.
